30-Day Easy Returns: We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Swimwear and intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at informationdesk@jimrebecca.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get Return Label: We will send you a prepaid return label (for orders over €50) or provide return instructions
- Pack Your Items: Place items in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship: Attach the return label and drop off at the designated carrier location
- Refund: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is free for orders over €50
- For orders under €50, return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
